Our interpretation of Naples style pizza. Our signature "Slow Dough" is made with a blend of imported Italian and Canadian flours and doesn't contain any commercial yeast. Allowed to ferment for a minimum of 24 hours to break down the gluten molecules to reduce digestive discomfort.
All menu items containing olives are served traditionally with the pits.
